The Center for Veterans and Military Students is a department within the Division of Student Affairs who assist the military connected student population in obtaining their education benefits, to act as a liaison between the University, the student, and the VA, and to develop and create meaningful programming for the military connected student population. Their mission is to "Advocate for and empower military connected students throughout their academic journey at IU."
